Must be a Google Drive or Docs share link.
A new tab opened to record your link under your LiveRamp login. If it asks you to
sign in, finish there. Close it once you see the confirmation. You can resubmit here
any time to replace your link.
Before you submit, make sure the folder is shared so AI Enablement can open it (set it to "anyone at LiveRamp with the link can view"). Submitting again replaces your previous link.
